So last night I was at my mom's house, blah blah blah... Why do I subject myself to her company you may ask? This is something I can't explain...While I was there, she was talking about finding something to wear to some Christmas function, telling me how everything she has these days is hit or miss on the fit.
Keep in mind, my mom is now 60 years old...
As she is going on and on about how nothing fits anymore, blah blah blah.... I try to be helpful and offer her a dress that I have that may work, a dress she bought for me... not really my style but whatever.
It's shapeless and ties in the back so it will pretty much work for anyone, as you can see by the pic. Pretty basic...
When I get finished offering the dress, her only response to me is... "I'm as big as you are now..." NOT KIDDING!
Ummm ok, thanks MOM! Oh and YOU'RE WELCOME!
How does one respond to that?! Who would actually say that to another person let alone their daughter, who they are supposed to care about?! Seriously! This is my mom, this is just one more self esteem crushing comment on a very long long list.... She is evil.
